It's a tie between Joker and Mordin for me. Mordin's sex advice and singing part had me in tears, though Joker vs EDI/commentary was priceless.

However I HAVE to give a huge nod to the 2 Engineers talking about Tali and him going on about how her suit is tight in all the right places - then she's like "I can hear you you know" xD Friggin LOL

 Salarian was funny, especially the sex advice/singing, but I still give Joker/EDI the funniest/best interactions in the game.

ya, joker and edi butting heads was funny as hell. made me laugh on more than one occasion. im glad that they kept joker and actually made him a lot more interactive then what they did in the first game. i also like the new and improved garrus over the old one. after i rescued garrus, the convo between him and shepard in the briefing room made me laugh.
