So I choose the wrong age on the agegate site that bioware has setup for Mass Effect 3 and now im locked out of it.

 

Is there any way to reverse it?

 

I've also searched for a contact form but couldn't find anything.

Set your birthday to 2016 August 26, it will clear that up.

I'm sorry to tell you this, you are probably new, but our forums are getting wiped off the internet as of August 26.

Which Mass Effect 3 site do you mean, N7HQ?

 

I'm not sure what the settings are, but if that's the one you're trying access, I'd imagine there's a cookie you may be able to delete and try again. Try deleting all cookies and seeing if it prompts you to re-enter your age.

 

If not, try switching browsers and navigating back to the site.

 

If you're really desperate, you could switch computers.

 

Further information: This site is becoming read-only on August 26, so you won't be able to get help here after that point.

lol, I did that for my 1st xbox user profile and it would not let you change your birth date at all.  Thus I became Beerfish77 rather than Beerfish......oh the huge manatee.

When BioWare first put an agegate on BSN, the same thing happened to me. But it wasn't because I entered the wrong date. I was navigating the list of years using the keyboard, and the form advanced as soon as it had non-null values in all three columns. So I ended up claiming I was less than a year old.

Chris Priestly was kind enough to fix it for me.
