I just finished with the online support chat at EA: They linked my accounts, tranfered all my codes, and even gave me a freebie for all the trouble. I highly reccomend using it.

I wait and wait to be the next in queue, and when I finally am, the chat is cancelled. It's happend 4 times in a row after waiting for around 30 minutes each time.

I wouldn't say it's an epic fail on Bioware's part, it has to do with EA and not really being 'ready' for the influx of what could go wrong in this circumstance.

I'd say they've been failing ever since they let EA be their daddy. If you tie yourself in with a company like EA, then your customers will suffer (Unless you only play their sports games- EA's longest and most stable franchise).

Well I had good luck then. Maybe try to go on right at 9am. I was there at 9:05 by chance, had 4 people in front of me. 30 seconds later I was talking to "rick" and he worked out my accounts and unlocked most of the DLC I had earned.
