Nope. A nicely decorated Keep in the middle of nowhere would have been more difficult to accept.

I wasn't expecting it to have a roaring fire and chandeliers everywhere; I just didn't expect it to have gigantic piles of broken wood impeding our way in.

I like the ruin effect; just wished one could have repaired it more. And I am still curious as to who or what was housed in the prison cells.

I don't know if it is the best moment of DAI, but I really like the part with Morrigan and Flemeth. It's so emotional and connects very well with DAO. Both characters are among the best ones in Dragon Age franchise.

I love that bit when you're in the Western Approach and Erimond is rambling away about how he's going to defeat you etc. And it cuts to the Inquisitor on his knees, his mark flaring, and then he stands up and uses the mark to send Erimond flying backwards. Epic :)

That was a good scene to put Erimond in his place, and again later when I made him tranquil when he gloated over his expected death sentence.

About your avatar, is that Fenris smiling? I can only recall him giving a small smirk to one of Hawke's jokes once.

Fenris not once smiling, quite often when talking with Hawke, even in rivalry. I like Fenris' humour:

Fenris: How is it you get into these situations so often?
Hawke: What do you mean?
Fenris: Hmm. Attacked by dwarves, approached by strangers, stumbling upon ancient riddles... madness.
(Sarcastic) Hawke: It's a gift.
Fenris: (laughs) Well I think you should return it.

(Diplomatic)
Hawke: I don't know why it's like that. Fate, I suppose.
Fenris: "Fate" is a word for the Maker's poor sense of humor.

(Direct)
Hawke: It does feel like some unseen force is manipulating my fate.
Fenris: It's so wonderful having my personal business as someone else's sport.

The very last scene with my Inquisitor and Solas (high approval, Fade/Spirit-friendly, etc.)

Mage Trevelyan (Knight Enchanter) who has been his friend, helped bring back ancient elven magic, saved his friend the Wisdom spirit, and was compassionate to all.

Here we have what the elves essentially regard as their version of Satan, whom the ancient elves regarded as their savior, and as regards himself as neither.

Regardless, he is immensely powerful, what with effortlessly dispatching the Qunari equivalent of a CIA/Gestapo agent who was specially trained to handle magic.

*Flash of grey*  She turns to stone.

All my Inquisitor sees is his friend, who they adventured with, slew dragons with, restored order and peace, always asked for his thoughts (Solas Slightly Approves) and generally showed Solas that, YES, there are good things in this world.

My Inquisitor is dying, and the first thing he says when that moment happens is:

"You don't need to destroy this world.  I'll prove it to you."

"I would treasure the chance to be wrong once again, my friend."

*Disarms and removes the Mark*

"Live well, while time remains."

*INQUISITION REMAINS AS DIVINE VICTORIA'S (Leliana) PERSONAL GUARD*

"We will save our friend from himself, if we can."

Despite EVERYTHING, the Inquisitor still thinks that there's hope, despite millennia of history that says otherwise (Dalish History, Chantry/Dalish relations, the Qun)

To see it all coalesce, with the Inquisitor having every reason to be angry, instead showing kindess and faith in his friend...

It was one of those moments where I sat back and just... sat there, letting it all turn over in my mind.

I was referring to him smiling. You are just showing witty dialogue. Even people who don't smile can use humor.

Yes, he smiled quite often with my Hawke, I was friendmancing him. Someone has a video on YouTube with all of Fenris' smiles :)

Yeah, I saw that video. I've only seen a couple of those smiles in my playthroughs. I know he does. It's just very rare, and your avatar took me aback because it seemed so unusual for him. That's probably why someone made a video of those exceptions.

Morrigan approaching the Inquisitor for the first time was pretty awesome for me. Shes my all time favorite character in these games. I guess I'm biased.

Somebody's already posted my favourite (Dawn will come and Skyhold Reveal). The second one would be when the companions are announced in the Winter Palace. Never get tired of it. XD
