I posted about this on Reddit and was directed here. Hoping something turns up!

The module was a short, only-partly-complete semidisaster called "The Vagabond Chronicles: The Necronomicon".

I am (still) hoping to find someone or somewhere that has preserved it. It's a shot in the dark, but it'd be a great trip down memory lane. In fact, I may actually like to "complete" it sometime.

I'm offering a PayPal reward to anyone who can possibly track it down. Somehow.

I'd uploaded my short module to the Neverwinter Vault back in the day that included a short dungeon with a single "boss" encounter (a modified Shield Guardian, iirc). I don't remember whatever other stuff I'd put in it (there was custom music), but it was something that, at the time, I was kind of proud of. Of course, I later pretty much abandoned it - and NWN - pretty much altogether.

A friend and I started playing NWN together again, and I thought it might be neat to check out my old creation. It doesn't appear to be on the since-redesigned NWVault, anymore, but I was wondering if anybody for any reason at all might have had it, or know if it was backed up anywhere, ever, or something.

I'm pretty sure I would have submitted it using the alias, Sedmire.

I didn't find the module itself, but I did discover an e-mail that I had sent to "Maximus" back in late January of 2007 asking to have it removed, assuming since my full name was on it and it showed up when I Googled myself. Kind of stupid/petty of me, in retrospect.

It was called "Vagabond Chronicles - The Necronomicon" (formerly at http://nwvault.ign.c....Detail&id=1808). If anybody happened to back stuff up from the site prior to January 2007, for some reason, and has it, please let me know.

(Since I asked for its removal, I'm sighing and calling it a pretty lost cause, but let's see how "forever" this little pocket of the internet is...)

As you had it removed from the old ign vault there isn't a cat in hells chance of it being on the fan made and paid for nwvault.org. All the old stuff on there was backed up from the old ign vault in 2013. The ign people must have re-used the id of 1808 because the module that had that number at the time of the back up was called "Restenford" (the offer of money will make you go the extra mile :) ). So I wish you luck in finding your module because to be frank you're going to need it.

Wayback Machine has archives for 2006, but I'm unable to get a connection at present. There was a message about site maintenance, so it might work later.

Correction : I can connect now. Module 1808 does not exist in the last archive for 2006. You might like to search the earlier archives on Wayback Machine.

@Proleric, the address is not quite right - you missed the ign part (nwvault.ign.com). Here is the link to the top page. Frustrating place to search. A lot of the time you only get the top page. But anyway, look for the tallest bar in the year(s) it was up there in order to have the best chance of finding it on there.

BTW, what was the filename of the archive you posted your module in? It's just possible someone has that laying around.
