This game is so powerful it runs on an omni tool and they haven't released any info on it because they're trying to invent an omni tool, so you can play the game on it.
Will it run with Window 7 or Mac?

I think you missed the "live in your parents basement" and 170 is way too low
Nah 170 is fine.

Old Nokia or new Nokia? If old...
Damn. That's going to be real omni tool.

Unless they make the Minimum Requirements out to be something insane a 6950X, three 1080 Classifieds and 96 GB of DDR 4 @ 2800MHz then we should be A-okay, as I think will most people running on anything Haswell or Haswell-E related. Anything within the last three years should be fine to get at least playable FPS (my definition of playable is a solid lock of anything from 30 to 50+ FPS with settings on HIGH @ a res of 1080p)
Myself I play at 1440p on a new Intel 6850K with 32 GB of DDR4 from GSKILL @ 2400 and a pair of EVGA 980 FTWs in 2-way SLI, a samsung M.2 drive on a new X-99 Phoenix SLI motherboard from Gigabyte, and in DAI for example, I'm getting a solid 60 FPS with settings in an evenly matched combination of HIGH and Ultra.
Considering that they are striving to make this game suitable for this generation of current consoles (ie XB One and PS4) and PCs (Haswell or Later) and to have as many people be able to play it as possible....I can't see them (or any Developers) making games with outrageous system expectations, because there just isn't the market for everyone to spend money on the absolute top-of-the-line components in every category.
For example, the best board (price wise) from ASUS right now has an MSRP of 800 USD to start, the 6950X is 2300.00, 128GB DDR4 is upwards of 2000.00, even 1 1080 FTW (not even the CLASSIFIED yet, because that is still unreleased) is over 1000.00 CDN, m.2 drives are 400.00.....a good Gaming case is 200.00.....So when all is said and done the price tag could be 5000.00 or MORE.....I've seen system builds for 10 000....And that is unthinkable.
Imagine how crazy the PC and Gaming markets would be if system requirements for anything were always the highest top-tier components and so everyone rushed out to buy the best of the best.... Developers would have a hard time with manufacturing, I think. As it is, most tech is considered 'old' within 6 months to 2 years (GPUs especially) and they're always turning over the market. You buy a brand new 980 in September of 2014 for top price (of somewhere around 800 to 1000 CDN), by June of 2015 the Ti version was out....and then in May of 2016 they now have the 1080s for that much or more.....the 1080 FTW is about 1100.00 CDN...you could build an entire system for that much or less.
My point in all of this is that while the technology market is always changing, it's been a long time for the Software Development side to catch up and even begin to recommend using Quadcore CPUs as opposed to Core2Duos, so I think for the vast majority of Gamers (and Bioware fans, the crazy bunch we are) will be Happy Gamers for many years to come.
Sorry for rambling....
If the system requirements were like that, then there wouldn't be much of a PC market as folks would just go with consoles for a couple hundred bucks.
