Before this place is completely gone I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the Dragon Props decorations for Skyhold without playing multiplayer - frankly I don't plan on rewarding the company with money (micro transactions) attempting to get the decorations before the Multiplayer is discontinued if it hasn't been already. I'm not a multiplayer player so is there another way to get the feature, can they be bought from somewhere?

You don't need to buy any money at all in MP I've not done it.
I think if someone who has them shares a save file with you. You can also get them (possibly)
You don't need to pay real money. Dragon which you need to kill is part of free DLC and I'm sure if you explained that you want it in mp section, there would be people willing to help you get one.
As for getting them... I don't think there is a way to get them without mp. They're not tied to save, but to account.
The only way to get the Dragon Props is to kill a dragon in multiplayer.
However, there are no micro-transactions involved in the MP. You can buy extra gear for RL money, but most people never spend a cent on the MP.
