I never thought on starting a topic here, but the forums are going to end, and they're ending as the glorious sea of hair and romance threads they've become over time.
So I thought I might give a last shot in any of devs actually seeing it (fat chance, I know, but what have I got to loose?) and bring up a topic that's of actual importance to me, which is sideburns in the character creator!
You see, I like to insert myself in these kinds of games; my PC always has my firt name, and is always built to look as much as myself as possible. Overall, both Mass Effect and DAI character creators do a pretty fair job at this, except in the sideburn department. See, I have sideburns that end at the tip of my ears; I'm 35 now and have had them since I'm 14. They're not even those elaborate ones, just regular sideburns, like Kaidan's:
You see, I know Kaidan is pre-rendered and stuff, but it really, really bugs that using my very short hair (or any hair, for that matter), I'm forced into having to go with either baby-faced Shepard (who clearly has no sense of style at all, who shaves all the way up there?) or, in trying to mitigate the problem, scruffy-beard Shepard (which bothers me a hell of a lot, because really, he had time to match his shoes with his N7 jacket, but couldn't shave properly? C' mon). With the Inquisitor, this was even worse.
So please, Biower, if you're listening, let me play mah space power fantasy with proper sideburns. Do a hairstyle with them, make a separate slider, sell them to me as DLC, I don't care, but don't make go to a whole new galaxy without them!
