ME:A will encounter all kinds of canonical conflicts. I want no ME KEEP! The Dragon Age Keep is an attempt to clean up their canonical loose ends for the DA:I game.
Andromeda is fresh, new with new characters, a totally new story....
Besides you forget the pre-quel novel. Its purpose is to lay out the foundation for Andromeda.
Bottom line: An import feature that can effect ME:A is not in the works, imo.
Now I remember Liara's made multiple time capsules, I wonder is one of them stored in the Ark

Odds are, this is speculative...so we don't know if there are Liara capsules or not.
At most I'm thinking there may be a few Easter eggs. I can't see any decision in the original trilogy making a huge impact on future games. They're really trying to take a step away from the ending debacle. Putting the setting in Andromeda allows them to have a blank slate and avoid previous mistakes.
