After you do a squad members loyalty mission, is it necessary to keep talking to them or do you not have to worry about it anymore. Obviously if they are a love interest then I should continue to pursue them but like what about Jacob? I already did his loyalty mission so do i really have to talk to him anymore?

No you don't really have to interact with them once you do their loyalty missions. Although then your missing out on their dialogue, but if you dont care about that well then meh it's whatever.
