I'll be surprised if it doesn't turn out to be a cerberus-like faction.
Who/what do you think is the main villain in ME:A?

Gotta love the racial slurs.
The 70's called, the 18th century wrote a letter, and ancient history sent a runner...
They want their social ills back.
But more recently, I think it'll be either someone unexpected, a family member thought dead, or it'll be a villain of your own design.
You have to choose between two equally urgent, equally important people to help, but by the time you help the one, it's too late for the other.
A bit how you have to choose between the Mages or Templars in Inquisition, and that determines whether you face off against Samson or Calpernia.
Even better, you find out that they aren't the main villain, how (from a meta perspective) you really just determined who their right-hand man/woman/alien would be.

The story.
No, no, I jest. I just wanted to use that joke, so I had to jump on the "bad story" bandwagon for a second.
I really hope the Villain evokes mega (did I really just use the word "mega?") hatred. Like, I really wanna hate the villain so much that I get complete satisfaction from defeating him/her or winning. I don't wan't a tragic villain with redeeming qualities. We get enough of those. I want someone like Professor Umbridge. God I hated that woman. Wanted to smash her flabby toad like (as described in the book) face in. I want to HATE the villain.
