I'm talking about any mods that lets you edit your character after the vanilla character creator. My new guy has the right looks that I don't know how to recreate, but his portrait irk me something fierce lmao  , I want to change it and maybe change his hair color.

I actually did but couldn't quite find actually what I was looking for. They had mods that allow you to import a different character face on to another existing character, but thats not what i'm looking for.

I just want to be able to to edit my old ready made character after the vanilla character creator, thats it lol. So know anyone that does just that without being to complicated??

Unfortunately what your asking for, that would seem simple enough, is in fact complicated.
DarthParametric shows how to do it in this post.

But just changing a portrait isn't that hard.
Open your savegame.das in the toolset, or any gff Editor, and go to SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR > SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR_CHAR & scroll down.
You'll see 7 entries that relate to the portrait. If all you've done is given your character a silly smirk, just change expression to 0.0 to get the standard expression.
The easiest way to completely change the portrait, is to start a new game & create a similar looking character, get his portrait just right & save the game.
Then change the 7 portrait entries in your old save game to match.

Changing your hair colour is a little more work, but not much.
Use the DAFaceReplacer that DarthParametric linked to, and extract the .mor from your saved game.
Open the .mor in a gff Editor or the Toolset and change the colour of numbers 3, 10, & 11.
3 is your hair, 10 & 11 your eyebrows & beard.
Then use DAFaceReplacer to put the altered .mor, back into your saved game.

Ah thanks for the info, but honestly tho I don't think I wanna go through a long process like this. I think I'll leave with the portrait, but I really appreciate you giving me this info, maybe down the line when I really feel up to it I'll do this.

Basically, no.  Once your Warden's face is created, editing it directly is a very limited, very difficult process.

The way to "fix" your face is to create an entirely new character with the face you want, then "swap" that face for the one on your current character.

I use the DA Face Replacer mod to accomplish this last step.
