Ok I found a problem when raising tilesets.
Doors - When I raise a tileset the door placement doesn't raise. So does that mean i have to go into the .set file and change the height for each and every tile that has a door?

Thanks " Michael DarkAgel " , but to be 100% honest that isn't what I wanted to hear ![]()

Quevy, that still requires you to edit every door entry. The downside to using Set Editor, no easy way to see which tiles have doors. At least with a text editor you can search for the next instance of 'DOOR'.

Yep, A text editor is best for this chore...
One thing to add, semi related.... Say you already have an area built and later raise the tileset. All placeables, waypoints, etc will also need to be raised..
In case you ever wondered, there's a folder in my download named pope_leo. He wrote a small script for me way back that uses Moneo. It basically goes thru any module you specify and lifts all instances of the tileset you specify to the height you want. I've tested it a few times and seems to work fine. However I haven't tested thoroughly. So YMMV... And pope_leo, if you're still around,, Thxs !!!
Depending on how you attempt to raise the tiles, CM3, the CleanModels Program by OMB, I am fairly sure will automatically raise the doors when it raises the tiles... it won't allow you to go back and just raise the doors though, it handles the raising process all at once..
I either use CM3 to raise the tiles OR I manually do it from with 3ds max by using the raise/lower options that are located in both NWmax AND Veltools has one as well. Basically I think they are the same set of scripts that are externally called to raise objects. created by Robius if I remember correctly.. I only use that set of scripts when I am working with a single tile, otherwise I use CM3 to handle large groups of tiles or an entire set.
That SetEditor does way too much damage for me to ever use it to write out a .SET file. There are too many other ways to accomplish it without adding to bugs that have to be fixed.
I have decided that I now know too much
. For I have far too many ideas now and some will take a very long time to do. Nooooooooo just when I thought I was getting somewhere. Thanks a lot guys.
