Why is there... 2 Warrior Classes and 2 Rogue classes yet it says they can use the same items? Example.. you pick 2 handed warrior class it says you can use a shield and word.. Pick archer.. it says you can use daggers. What's the point? Im confused.

I think the difference lies in which skills you start out with: if you select archery then you start out with archery skills. This can be respecced, of course, but only when you reach Haven after the prologue.

I hope this helps  :)

Warriors: greatsword or sword and shield.

Rogues: bow or daggers.

But why give the options at the start to pick either or?  seems like Bioware wouldn't go that far in developing the extra options just for it to only be used for starting gear? lol

The specific weapon-style you choose dictates which kind of weapon the Inquisitor finds when the bridge collapses in the prologue, so the player can start with whichever style they prefer. It's as simple as that.

That part too. I'd forgotten about that.

By the way, these forums are being shut down. I do not know if you've heard so I thought I'd mention it and also say that you can head to this section for further details and links to other forums: https://forum.biowar...-forumbsn-help/

Do you think they will make another Dragon age? I still remember when i was younger.. ( 24 now ) i walked into a EB games and seen Dragon Age Orgins on the shelf.. back then i wasn't really into RP games, but i thought i would give it a shot and never looked back since. Orgins had such a compelling story i loved it.

I felt the same way about Dragon Age: Origins: it even got me into the Mass Effect series despite the fact that I was initially not interested in shooting games. It pretty much lead to me greatly expanding my gaming horizon.

Dragon Age: Inquisition sold rather well and the last DLC, Trespasser, did set up a sequel hook that seemed to heavily suggest that the plot would continue and where said plot would continue. Barring the unexpected, I say a sequel will be made.

Also, it determines your default weapons if you have no weapon equipped.

Yes, it just has to do with how you start the game. You go through a tutorial that teaches you the basics, including about some of your skills, you also "find" a certain weapon (to match your choice) lying on the ground to start you off.

I think it might also affect the appearance of your "unequipped" weapons. Even if you go 2H later on, if you unequip everything you will have the default sword and shield if you chose that at the beginning.
