Being able to buy, run around, and fight in clothes that have little to no use combat-wise, just because you can. In Origins, you could buy a fair amount of gear to wear. And there was a fair variety of civilian clothes available. The city elf could steal Soris' wedding clothes or you buy dwarven garb in the Orzammar markets, etc. It's fun. I don't recall being able to do that in DA2. Nor Inquisition. Just the option of being able to buy and wear such things is great.
