So.... when you start a new character it normally takes the average player about 15-20mins to get to the Rift and seal it before the game ACTUALLY starts and you wake up in Haven.... I just saved my game after doing that, but.. i spent SOOO much time Trying to find EVERY SINGLE ITEM during the start that it took me 2 hours and 37 mins just to do all that and now just woke up in haven lol.. On top of that i took so long that Items Started to RESPAWN!! i said to myself.. ill run down this trail one more time for good luck ( a trail i went up and down about 20 times already no joke ) and the Elfroot and Iron ore was all starting to respawn... So that means it even respawns in the start of the game on your way to the breach huh? part of the Respawn system in the game right? so theres no possible way to collect ALL of it because it would just keep respawning? idk i feel like i would miss out on something. For some reason i HAVE to have Perfection. I got bad Anxiety at this point. I even made a to do list to remind myself that i took items from behind where i already was. damn.. lol Thoughts?
I think i got issues guys... plz halp :(

Try you best not to let these little things bother you. The only important decisions are the ones that show up in the Keep.

I would suggest playing through the game once, doing as much as you want but without overly stressing over finding all of the less accessible content or secrets. Then, you can go back on a second playthrough knowing the general plot and content of each zone and can do more in depth exploring that way.
Just my thought on how to proceed so you don't feel anxious/stressed over missed content when you could be enjoying the story and characters. I understand it's tough to think of missing out on content, but DAI can't be played as completionist as easily as previous Bioware games.

If not then you've already missed the most important item in the game, and you can continue on with no worries about missing anything else. The damage is already done.

Did you get the special Ring of Fade Resonance from the cabin by the lake in the first level?

There is no ring... i cleared everything!! i made a list on my phone pretty much mapped the entire 1st part of the game out over almost 3 hours. No way i missed anything. I was there so long Ore and herbs started to respawn.

Oh nope, you missed the ring. It's incredibly difficult to find. It doesn't show up with the search function. You have to walk up to it and use the "interact" button. But, there's nothing to be done about it now. You'll just have to finish the rest of the game knowing you already missed the most important item in it.
Where's the location of the ring i have many saves and i can just reroll its not a problem. I actually looked up the ring online and its not real so.. either you're trolling thinking you're somehow funny or... its not listed on google.

Also, if you played through the first level and didn't find it, then it's gone from the game forever. Just like how in Darkspawn Chronicles the achievement of keeping the Ogre alive is forever locked out to you if it died at all. Reloading won't let you get the achievement, nor will creating a new game. Same with the ring unfortunately. It's lost to you forever.
