Hi. I have an account on this forum that I hadn't used in a while, called "Craverguy." When I tried to log in to it today, the forum wouldn't let me. I entered my email address and password (I know they were both right, because I was allowed to use an email to reset my password), and I kept being redirected to the page to create a new account. Which had to have a new name...because my own name was already in use...by myself.

 

So, yeah, that's why there are now two accounts on this forum created by the same email address with virtually identical names. I'm not trying to game anything, I just wanted to post.

I don't think you are going to see a resolution to your issue as this forum is due to close for good in a couple of weeks.

You can ask BioWare on Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, or at the nearest gaming convention about your issue.
