I am surprised this was missed in the QA pass, its so blatant.
Once you get Legion into your squad and do his loyalty mission, go back down and talk to him, choose these options:
Investigate -> About the Geth -> Sovereign/Geth -> "Nazara?" -> Muitiple Programs:
Legion says in that dialog that Sovereign tells you that each reap is a nation on Ilos but it was on Vermire that it said that phrase.
So far thats the only kind of thing like that I have found, looks like it slipped through the cracks, lol.
Sorry if this was already mentioned, could not see wtf the search link was at on this forum page.

I noticed this too. What really made me wonder was how Legion even knows this. If all the Geth you were fighting were heretics and seperate from the true Geth then how would he know what Sovereign told Shepard...hell how would even the heretics know considering there were no Geth within earshot of Shepard when that happened.

Bigeyez, in my case I assimilated the Heretics into the politically correct Geth. If you go the other way though I am not sure, ill kill off the Heretics on my next play through and see what happens with that option.
