I've had this rare issue where sometimes on-enter floor triggers will run, even if no one has run through them. It's very rare, but sometimes it results in random area transitions, or triggering boss spawns etc.. It almost appears to be some kind of pathfinding issue, as I've noticed it happens most often to very fast movers, like hasted monks.

Has anyone encountered this?

Yes I saw it on mulltiple servers. Most frequently apply to traps and it seems to happen only in big modules/under heavy load. The module doesn't need to be laggy, just big.

You can try put some GetIsInSubarea check but no idea if that can help.

Hm that's strange. Module runs at less than 1% CPU load even with 5 people, and the module itself is only 9megs since all my areas are imported through NWNX_areas.

I'll check out subarea checks, it might not help if the engine thinks the PC is in the trigger when they're not, but it's worth a shot. I don't even know what other conditions I could use in a situation like this.
