Skipping SOU, and starting at level 15. How to build this character cleric bard in order to powergame.

I find on list from old PW.  This have sum RDD at end.  If want, can make just bard that get lvl 4 spell.  For cast with armor, bard must do Still spells wut lose KD.  Build have enuf CHA for that.  Look for gud CHA gear to make DM/DS much higher.
