Trying to add points I get directed to point.bioware.com but all I get is an error message saying menu.item.buy.game.points is temporarily unavailable.
Any ETA on a fix on this ?
Clicking on any of the shortcuts there, like point history only gets me redirected to my user home on social.bioware.com

That looks to me as though you were not, for some reason, signed in.
Try to flush your browser cache entirely, shut it down completely, then start up your browser and re-login to social.bioware.com, then access the points page through your profile link.
If that does not work, please grab a screenshot including the url-bar in your browser and send that to me, as well as the email you use to sign in. DO not send me any other type of secure data such as passwords, I do not need them.

DOn't want to sound like a noob wait i am a noob what does it mean when it says i don't have enought points and how and were do i get them
