Anyone else pre-ordered the game from the EA store and hasn't received the game or an email confirmation about shipping?

I've only received an email about the 'lie detector' armor and how to redeeem it, but without a game to actually use it in...it might as well be an infinite (XP/money//health) armor, or a bumper sticker for the Normandy,  makes no difference.

I think this is the last time I pre-order a video game...what a horrible first experience.
I had no problems getting Dragon Age Origins Collector's Edition at Best Buy. Stupid me for trying the pre-order and stupid EA for not even replying to my email and questions.

Bioware owners/shareholders, this merger is going to ruin/destroy your company btw...but I guess it's all about the $$$
