Hell, this is so confusing! I try to follow instructions on the leaflet in the collectors edition to get the armour and rifle, I redeem code, nothing appears on my xbox 360 in game as the BIOWARE site says! Then I notice my PSN account is linked to my EA account, so is my Xbox live account but it wont let me link them again, my GT is already taken, err, thats me......

I dunno how to link my xnox live GT when its already linked but it is not showing up on Bioware site....Email Us, end email to ea.com which is hopeless as MAss effect 2 is not listed in games...

What the hell is this?

Why not give us a code we justtap into xbl and download the armour, as it stand it looks like I lost my armour in game as the bioware and ea instructions leaflet is different to what you do.......Cerebus network worked fine, getting this armour is LOST! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

Any help BIOWARE?

Im having the same issues. even got online to redeem and i get the same results, nothing to download and no futher armor or wepons
