I always seem to get the munchies when I play new games. I generally get whatever I can constantly snack on while playing without making a huge mess. Usually it's some form of ****** or sometimes chips. Once in a while it's cookies.
... Yeah, carb snacking cravings aren't helping my attempts to lose weight.

Donuts and chocolate milk. Whenever I've got a quality brand new game I must have donuts and chocolate milk off to the side "somewhere".
For example, Dragon age.
(I also like that new flavoured vitamin water with samosas.)

Tac Bac!
In all seriousness, I'll be making little "snack packs" of dried fruits and some nuts, and I'll have a weeks worth of water sitting next to my desk. From previous experience, I know that otherwise I won't eat or drink unless it's shoved under my nose while I'm between quests.

Homemade fruit and nut trail mix or if I'm feeling healthy raw veggies and fat free or low fat dip of some kinds, from garlicky as all hell (mmm.... garlic) hummous to non-fat ranch dressing. If I'm feeling unhealthy I'll throw in somesausage or other cured meat with cheese and some type of ******.
To drink: I tend to stick to ice water and Diet Coke with occasional apple juice or, if I'm in Germany, Schorle. I'm also known to mix up a whiskey sour or old fashioned when gaming after a long day at the office.
