I dont understand this crap.
Its taken almost 2 days and multiple loggin in and out to get all 8 items I had to download and install.
(Blood Dragon Armor, Stone Prisoner, the 3 off the DAJ game, Lucky Stone, and the 2 gamestop preorders)

But after buying $10 in BW points so I could purchase Wardens Keep,  but it just will not show up on the tab called available content. so I can not purchase it.
EA's DAO Customer Support has yet to get back to me (I kow shocking EA's CS not being helpful...how would have thought) and I am out of ideas.
I have followed all the helpful suggestions on here, and it still just will not show up.
So I am hoping BW / EA will allow me to puchase a promo code for Wardens keep for the 560 BW points so I can get it redeemed and downloaded.

I just wish this stuff was all working properly.

Please remember you can check your promo items/content from the second hyperlink at the top of the "Redeme Promo Codes" page. They just changed it to include descriptions of the items/content too!

it doesnt work for me either - im playing the game second time through - the first time it didnt run properly and didnt reward the armour - this time its just not there. i've paid for this and am not happy!

I noticed something interesting when I first started this game. On first install version 1.0

all the content showed. I installed the patch before adding Wardens keep as a download purchase, and it disappeared from the list. I had to uninstall so I could see it again in the list on the left tab once more. It seems as though if your updated to the new patch new content to purchase and download will not show. It will also not install if it has been downloaded but not installed. You will also notice a red 1.0 listed under the install tab. Seems the patch does not act as an official patch to the content system used by DLC department. However, if you uninstall and reinstall to version 1.0 you can see all the stuff and just grab it--install it--then patch the game, but that is rather tedious in order to see if theres anything new to download. It has to be one of those communication breakdowns or mishaps that happen at companies with too many departments. It happens lol
