hey I pre-ordered the game from best buy which will entitle you to the inferno armor. Inside the box is the cerberus card and the collectors card (armour and weapons) but no inferno armour code, and the people at the store didn't gime anything, i asked for it and the clerk told me it sould be inside, the case, which seemed, wrong since it was the same casethey had in the shelf. i doubt a pre-order exclusive item is gonna be on every box in the shelf. some help please, how can i solve this problem, (get my armor code), who can i contact to help me with this.

It should be in your email. I did the same as you but had mines shipped to my house. My pre-order code for the inferno armor came in my email the day they (best buy) shipped it to me.

That sucks.... I also didn't get the Inferno Armor or the Terminus Armor. I pre-ordered at Gamestop.

Check your email. I pre-ordered at Gamestop and when I looked in the box and didn't find a card with my Terminus armor code I called them up and demanded what was coming to me.   At which point the guy said, "Alright the system says we already sent it; but I'll email you another copy of the code.". At which point I checked my email and discovered that they emailed me the code about 24 hours prior.  (Note: if you ordered the Collector's Edition like me this can be particularly confusing since the Collector's Armor code comes on a card in the box, while the Terminus code is emailed.)

So check your email and if its not there call Gamestop (Best Buy, etc.) and they should email you the code. If they refuse take a trip to their corporate office and throw a pie at their CEO., that probably won't fix the problem; but it should be good for a laugh.
