Seriously, I think they don't show her face because so many people have their own picture of Tali that it might be better to leave everyone to their fantasies.

Imagine a healthier looking Sara Kerrigan, Queen of blades, for hair style and similar features, though more elven/eldar features, very smooth skin and with glowing blue eyes
http://www.sc2blog.c...7/kerrhigh1.jpg for reference, though not sickly looking, hair not as creepy, more, well, hair-ish, light-blue/white skin, more innoncent look.
Gonna have to make some fan art for it

Sadly, it seems Bioware will never do that, considering how hard they are working to keep her appearance a secret.
If someone could use the flycamera cheat (I don't know if that works in ME2, it's specific to the PC version of ME1) to look at the Tali romance scene from a different angle, could they please screencap Tali's head?
I mean, if the helmet comes off, there's got to be something underneath.
But realistically, I expect it's either an unfinished model or nothing at all.

Exactlty this. People have built their love of Tali out of just about the only things they could: her voice, her strength, determination, self-sacrifice and positivity (And yes, to some extent that hot bod in the environmental suit)
But we've had to fill that last little piece out of our own imaginations.
No one. Not the Bioware artists, and not even DaVinci if you could Lazarus Project him would be able to come up with anything that would satisfy us because her face exists in the mind of each individual player.
To one she has sparkling blue eyes. To another they are lavender. To another her skin is alabaster, while to yet another it's bronze.
For Bioware to make the choices as some of you seem to want would really ruin it for most people who love her.

I noticed on one of the planets where you find Samera, Miranda loyality mission, and etc, there was a mention on the news accouncement intercom, that a comany that specializes in making Quanian and Volus immunie system strong enough to leave their suit. The success rate was around 40% they said on the speaker. I hope that was a hint that we may see what they look like in ME3.

You're in the vast minority and that's why Bioware shouldn't listen to you.

meat popsicle, eh?
Anyway, I don't really care about what other people want it to look like, it really only matters what Bioware wants her face to look like. That being said they should totally put it in ME3

Why?
When it all said and done. Tali is going to look like how Bioware wants her too look like. What is the point in waiting? I can see they haven't desided on her look, but by ME3, I expect them so show her face just as much fans wanted her as a LI. You act like you have some control over her looks.

Let us now imagine the ****-storm of complaints and anger. 300, 000 "Bioware ruined Tali" "How could you?" and "3 games and 6 years waiting and THIS is what you give us" threads.
And not a one of them will REALLY be caused because Bioware will have done a bad job. But because these people will have had their vision of Tali ruined.
Just because you haven't built her face into perfection in your own mind and are open to whatever...you're in the vast minority...and so am I.
The difference is that I see that I am. You don't.

Again who cares, she a video game character. Also Bioware's staff have done a outcasting job with pretty every character in terms of looks. There are people who hate Tali as a character, maybe as much as many people like her. My point is people are going to like or dislike her face, but won't be any other difference between any one that already dislikes the character. I rather see it , but before this triolgy ends.
The only minorty will be the people that will complain will be the people sizing Tali up based on her "beauty". I enjoy's character as a whole, so when ever Bioware desides to show us what the Quanins look like in general , I wouldn't think of Tali more or less as a favorite squad mate or a possible love interest ( in game). I bet most Tali fans will accept what she looks like.
Also you should be carefull about assuming what I like. You seem to think that most Tali fans have one template. You are so wrong.
In case you didn't read my post above , enjoy Tali as a video game character based beyond her looks. Beauty is one thing, character is another. I in real life I choose a person ( I am herosexual male in real life, so I like females)by character in real life over beauty. Sure beauty has to be their , but so does character. Even if Tali ends of being average looking , ie not as pretty as Ashley, Miranda, Lirua , and Kelly Chambers, I would be interested in Tali no matter what because I enjoy her as a character.

Tali will look how she is supposed to look - dictated by Bioware. I will enjoy the revelation no matter how you slice it. She is endearing and wonderful as a character to me for her personality and loyalty, not because I imagine she's some hot hentai-ish looking girl with chickenfeet under the hood.

Believe it or not, I actually agree with you on all points. And if you read my response carefully, I actually said that I was in the minority (perceived by me at least) that doesn't care what she looks like. I really don't.
But that mystique that people have built up, that would be ruined if they "outed" her is real and tangible. And, like it or not, that mystique has become part of her character. We simply disagree on whether or not there should be a full reveal.
Just to get out there, I never found Ashley pretty. Dr. Chakwas was more attractive as a physical model.
I agree in terms of irl as well. Megan Fox is not going to be "hot" when she's 65 and I doubt she'll be attractive since she doesn't seem to have much personality. Same with every woman.
