So I have DA:O deluxe edition installed on my computer, but I wanted my wife to be able to have a separate socialNetwork account (so that she can unlock achievements herself, for example).

So she's using a different user-account on the same computer, and a different socialNetwork login.  But she doesn't seem to have the DLC stuff.

Is there a way to have the DLC stuff available to any user on my computer?  Is it installed in my user's directory instead of the system-wide one?

Thanks.

I verified that it installs DLC in each user's My Documents/Bioware directory. That's sort of annoying, in that it comes out to about 1G worth of stuff, duplicated.

But my bigger issue is still that I think you should be able to have multiple "social network" accounts (or whatever the granularity is for tracking characters, achievements and such) tied to a single 'game' account (ie the thing used to authorize DLC).

I think it's supposed to work that way. The DLC is tied to the social network account. And it's explicitly stated when you redeem your DLC:s that you need to enter the account that you want to play with the DLC on.

I'm interested in hearing whether anyone has experienced the opposite, that DLC indeed do land on multiple accounts on the same computer. When I downloaded the Blood dragon armor it showed up in the inventory of my character on my account, but also on my girlfriends character on her account. Similarily, the DLC she unlocked when playing Dragon Age Journeys also landed in my inventory.

As of a few days ago however, my girlfriend receives a message stating that her save games contain premium content that she is unauthorized to play, and that a game owner must log in. So from now on we both have to play on my social network account.
