Hi my name is Vic and I on mistake redeemed my Inferno Armor for Mass Effect 2 to the wrong EA account

hey how did u get ur code vic I pre-ordered and i got nothing. i want to find out what to do, I want the armor i paid for damn it.

Reaper, where did you preorder from? Vic, you need to get in touch with EA Tech Support. There are references all over the forums that they have been assisting customers with putting the armor with the correct account. Just be patient and keep trying.

 My ea account is telling me that I don't have a gamertag registered to it and whenever I go to register it says that the gamertag is already taken, and I cant get may terminus armor because of it.

i pre-ordered from best buy because was the closest place now i'm regretting my laziness.

When registering your EA/Bioware account, the email address you have linked on that must match the email address you set up when you created your Xbox 360 gamertag. Unless things have changed with the sign up process recently, when I signed up for DA:O back in Nov, I made the mistake of using my regular email address and I couldn't understand why my game promotions were not showing up. I got help from EA support and they advised me at the time that I had to use the email address I set up for my 360 gamertag. Once I set up a new profile on EA/Bioware, I used my email address from my gamertag set up and everything has worked fine since then for both DA:O and my ME2 and it recognizes my Gamertag in my profile.

Reaper, you were supposed to have received your code from Best Buy when you picked up your game. My friend actually got his when he pre ordered but I was told that was a mistake and that Best Buy was handing those out at the time of the pick up.

@reaper yes i did get my inferno code I just by mistake put it on the wrong on a new account I made since i had forget and even got rid of the original email I had to do some heavy looking back through all my papers and finally found the original account info now just trying to get the armor switched to the right account damn ea for not letting you delete your profile or persona so you can satrt anew @blade ok thanx I was about to flip out lol

Thank you GOD Almighty the EA chat is no joke they manually transferred my Inferno Amor to the correct account they are a true Godsend when you can finally get through waited 5+ 30 minute intervals but finally got through

yeah it does match because the battlefield stuff worked and dragon age just not my mass effect 2
