Hey there,

I tried to activate my Cerberus Network card in-game, but I couldn't enter this character "-" between every four letters/numbers. So I tried to enter the code all together, without "-", but It didn't work either. So my last try was to enter the code here, on this website (in the "redeem promo code" field). It says that I need to register an account with the same e-mail adress that I use for my gamertag. So I did. Then I entered the code, the new page showed me the DLC and said that I need to restart my console. I restarted my console - and nothing happened in-game. My Cerberus Network wasn't activated.

My friend activated his code in-game, like I tried to do, and it worked for him.
I've used my code for nothing now. I don't want to pay 1200 Microsoft Points for free DLC. I won't do it. So, please, help me with this. I know that many of you are suffers the same problem. This sucks
