Every so often when I decide to reorganize my powers on the quickbar, if i drag 1 over another to have them switch places, the game will freeze and i'll get a "program not responding" type error in vista.  Then it will crash.

I'm not 100% certain, but im fairly sure it only happens while your engaged in a firefight.

Also since this started happening, now whenever i activate an ammo ability (like incendiary ammo) the button wont go red to show it's already in use, and the number on the medigel ability flashes.
