Ok so after the jack loyalty mission i had to chose to either side with Miranda or Jack and I sided with Jack I had not idea this would lose my loyalty with Miranda.....any way I can fix that with out having to go back to a load point from before

I know when you talk to her after siding with Jack you have Paragon and Renegade choices if you're very high in one of them. I however said screw it and never regained my loyalty, but it didn't effect anything for me. Doesn't mean it'll play out the same for you though.
