Corrupted DLC please redownload message recieved how to fix? (Any mod please respond I am stuck with this!!!)

My HDD died so I transfered my DLC over on my memory card onto my new xbox 360 but each time I start the game now I get a message DLC corrupted is there away to fix this problem?

I'm working on it as well. My 360 red ringed and i had it repaired. Reformating was no help. So far deleting downloaded content has fixed a few but still having offline corruption error with zaeed, crash site and the tank one. i just read something about learing the cash and deleting and reinstalling again. I'll let you know.
