Hey all, planning to buy the game tomorrow, but  was wondering how well you think it'll run on my system.

Specs: 
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q8200 @2.33GHz
8 GB RAM
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 3850 512MB Memory

It will run just fine, although not at any high settings.

Awesome, as long as I can get it to run smoothly, I don't care about high settings.

You can test how well a game will run on your computer at;

If it passes the recommended it will run perfect. Possible not with top-settings, but with good settings.

If it only passes minimum, the game will run but probably with lag and/or long loadingscreens.

I was thinking of upgrading my Radeon 3850 with a 4650. Think that might help?

Weird, I ran the test and everything passed fine to Recommended except my processor. It said I need a 2.4, and I have 2.3, so i'm not that worried about it. However, it's telling me i have 3 GIGS of Video RAM. On a 512mb card?
