She's great but she has to avoid following in the footsteps of the late stage Viconia romance from BG2. She needs to remain empowered, demanding, confident and nasty the whole way through. Use me baby, keep the femme fatale vibe going, none of that "suddenly I need to be good to love you, I'm full of mixed emotions, help me be good" whiney bollocks.

Morrigan seem to be really interesting. Watching the videos (and the interactions with her mother), she seems to be ruthless (weel, her childhood is quite an explanation) but not completely evil, although she might want us to think otherwise. She is a permanent member in my first playthrough.

my problem is i like both choices.....granted Morrigan will win out because i want to explore her mysterious dark nature but the same goes for the other. ughhhh even in the game women will be confusing

maybe it's because she is probably the character we know most about, but she seems complex in an interesting way, I'm curious about her and her behaviour.

I think the reason I am so intrigued by Morrigan is due to Kate Mulgrew describing her as 'beautiful, vulnerable, and innocent'. I was really surprised by the description, and honestly it made me feel bad for prejudging her as the token Cleavage Girl.

I like both Morrigan & Leliana so far. Morrigan is an interesting, new kinda person to me, & is definitely funny & witty, & Leliana looks awesome during her acrobatics, though I hope she doesn't aim too much of that preaching at the PC.

I was already interested in the Shapeshifting, but seein it in action in the Sacred Ashes trailer makes it powerfully likely i'm gonna go for that specialization during a mage playthrough.

Long ago, before I even knew of Bioware's DA:O site, I was tracking this game on GameSpot, & still remember what it was like mistakenly thinking Morrigan was some kinda Gothic teenage girl that substituted Rock & Roll for dark magic.

yes, Kate Mulgrew's description made her even more interesting for me, as well as that video she tells flemeth "not to put the house on fire" or something like that.
I think I'm lucky for knowing about the game for less than 2 months, if I knew about it before, and they only released morrigan information, I would probably had ended up hating her (and start liking her just after the game release).
