I like Morrigan because she`s a fleshed out character, but I`d hate to know her in real life. She`s selfish, heartless and well, basically a ****.
And those are character flaws how, exactly? She's no airhead cheerleader, that's for sure. She's got a mind of her own, her own goals, and won't sacrifice either and be bent to someone else's will. Maybe that's the problem, why some people don't like her? She can't be tamed like a proper female?

She's intelligent but she's power hungry.
Leliana she's definitly hotter.Yeah sometime she's annoying with her religion but oh well.
Has for Sten i understand him.
Allistair started to ****** me off. He's a big cry baby
Zevran he's quite funny lol

Morrigan, in the end, is unloveable to me. She broke my characters heart.
You need to go around spooking people like the old days, before the Spielberg days.

Are you trying to turn this into some kind of sexiest thing? If I say i don`t like her because she`s got a mind of her own should I feel guilty? Well, no i don`t feel guilty. If i have a Team then i believe there`s No `I` in Team. If that means i have to kick some uppity independent witch out of the Team because she`s `o so independent` then out she goes. Let`s see how she copes taking on 5 armed warriors by herself!
When she learns a bit of humility, then she can join .

And humility is a desirable trait, why? She knows her skills, she knows how to survive. There is no reason at all she should sublimate her own will to that of another or to a group of people. There's only one thing she needs.Socratatus wrote...

Well there's a big difference between what you think of as a proper female and just being a straight out b***h. Personally I think she's somewhere inbetween the two, but a lot of that would come from her lack of experience dealing with others. She's lived alone in the wood with her mother for the most part and has very little understanding, or patience, regarding the normal social aspects of the world around her. In that regard she's a bit of a selfish brat from what I've seen of her so far. She doesn't really fit with the overall feel of my party in this playthrough so I'm setting her aside for the time being. I'll probably have more fun with her when I create a party that is a bit darker in a future playthrough.

I actually kind of liked having someone who wasn't just a yes-man in the party. She was certainly interesting. As for... that girl... I suppose she's fine if you like that sort of thing.

And I think her unique upbringing allows her to see the world as it really is, and not through the filter of oversocialization. She sees the true threat while the nobles bicker amongst themselves in a civil war while a Blight is looming. She doesn't care for what society deems to be acceptable or not, and why should she? She's not a member of contemporary Ferelden society and has no desire to be. An elitist in the truest sense of the word.

But if you really get into the role a human that just lost his/her mother, father, brother, nephew, and seen all ppl that work and lived on the castle, some of them he/she knew his/her entire life, slaughtered, having lost your home...and to keep it short, your world just disappeared. Having to stop a demonic invasion, to avenge your family...its hard to put up with Morrigan's ****y attitude and Allistar the cry baby. Of course its a game and they are NPCs, but IRL I'd ditch them...

"Alistar: What would you do if your mother died?" (somthing like that)
"Morrigan: You mean before or after I start laughing?"

Couldn't be anything to do with being the prettiest and the nakedest of all, of course.
Morrigan comes down to two concepts for me: 1. Nature and 2. Power. Neitzsche would have a field day. The problem you'll find is that because of all the voluntarily helping of people (that you MUST do to level your character) she will despise you, since she believes in the law of the jungle, survival of the fittest, whatever you wish to call it.
If you want her, the best bet is to keep her in camp, talk to her and give her gifts. Or sacrifice the approval of everybody else, I guess.

she has been with me since the beginning and I depend on her way too much! I had no issues with keeping her happy and fulfilling everything that needed to be done. I think you can walk the line between keeping here satisfied and doing whats right for Ferelden easily enough.
