Easy, there is a trio of priceless moments :

Third place :
Thane's recruitment mission, talking to the Eclipse Merc at the top of the elevator
Merc : *stubborn* "I won't tell you a word !"
Shepard : *defenestrating him* "How about .........goodbye ?"

second place :
EDI *summarizing*  "....and there have been eleven breeding requests for Grunt and one for Shepard"

first place : (after Grunt's loyalty mission including killing the tresher maw)
EDI's " I enjoy the sight of humans on their knees" to Joker... almost had me fail the mission from chuckles

honourable mention :
Legion's (passing security on the Citadel) "Geth do not intentionally infiltrate"... priceless, from a Geth infiltrator (if we take his power description seriously^^)

[Purge the heathens]

I recently discovered that vending machine on the citadel, close to where you're supposed to meet Shade during Garrus' loyalty mission. Just listen to the Tupari ads.



"Nine out of ten people recommend Tupari to their friends. The last one is on my list. *said in a sinister tone*"

Ken cracks me up every time:
Gabby: I've got green across the board. The forward tanks are buoyant and elevated.
Ken: Are you talking about the Normandy ... or Miranda?

Joker had a lot of really great lines, too.
"Okay, but, think about it this way.... shut up."  lol

This game is just chock full of awesome dialogue.

This one line from Thane always makes me laugh during his loyalty mission and we see Mouse is scared to see Thane

That is a joke." 3) When Garrus says "And here I thought I had my betrayal and attempted murder for this year," on the Collector Ship. 4) Hitting Conrad and Aethyta's comment. 5) Tali after romancing her. 6) Blue Suns advertisement on Illium.

I LOLed at the first advertisement I heard on the Citadel. I think it was at the kiosk near the game store.



As asari came on the screen and spoke to me (paraphrasing 'cause I don't remember the exact text): "Commander Shepard, according to our records, you've recently been dead. Don't you owe it to yourself to have an authentic asari burial robe? Made from the finest....blah blah blah."

I love the long pause after Mordin sings... followed by him clearing his throat.

I just see Shepard standing there with their mouth hanging open in shock at that point, about what happened to me IRL the first time I saw that scene.

And another long pause, right after the 'popping the heat sink' line, while you wait for the inevitable 'that came out wrong' response.

Both are definitely funniest the  first time you see them, but I still love them now.

Edit:  Oh, and of course there's always Atheta's background facepalm in response to your conversation with Conrad.

Omega Quarantine Zone, local woman protesting over the pro-Shepard bias and the guard dead-panning "Lady, you don't pack a grenade launcher"

Legion (onboard Purgatory ) : "there is a high statistical probability  of death by Gunshot. A punch in the face is also likely..."

Shepard (to henchman) : "Try that and the next thing you will be scanning is the inside of your colon"
Aria : I would almost pay to see that..."

oh, and of course the "Blasto, the Hanar Spectre" announcements... up to "Enkindle THIS !"

Since up 'til now I've pretty much played ME2 almost totally renegade or totally paragon, the other day I decided to play the whole game selecting as many "neutral" (i.e., middle-right) dialog choices as possible, and just heard this one for the first time, from Joker, about EDI:

"That doesn't change anything, it's still watching. Like some creepy kid staring at the back of your head in comp sci you just want to punch him but he's "special" and sets fires or something."

What a riot.

Kasumi's got some really fun ones, too -- both in her Loyalty mission and just chatting on the Normandy.



When you're searching Hock's apartment for DNA, and you check the potted plant in the corner:

Shepard: "It's clean."

Kasumi: "It's a *plant*!"



I also like that she has a crush on Jacob:

Kasumi: "That Jacob? Mmm. I wonder if he's into Japanese girls with a penchant for kleptomania?"

on the outside of the shadow brokers ship. the exchange between liara and shep about mercs attacking was priceless. i forget the exact line but shep saying something in reference to the big merc attack. you had to go and give the mercs advice. fot mer killed laughing.
