I felt the game as a whole did a lot better in the humor dept. compared to ME1, especially with Joker being consistently hilarious throughout the mission.  But the funniest moment for me definitely goes to Shephard when he renegade interrupts Worf-Krogan with a headbutt after seeing Wrex do the same, and the slightly awkward pause by everyone involved afterward. Completely took me by surprise! I actually burst out laughing and couldn't stop for a good couple of seconds, that's never happened to me in the ME universe before.

The Best one was the conversation Shepard has with Joker.

"You'll see Commander, this will be even better then the good old days!"

"I hope so, I died."

Alot of stuff was funny. But one line that made me crack up was when you controlled Joker and he wa slike What the sh**. No idea why that was funny but I busted out

Another good one, insult the Krogan scout in the cell with Tali in the group during Mord's loyalty mission.

It is just one of many small conversations that me laugh, but that one is definiately my favorite, because I'm tired of all the complainers.

During the recruit Thane quest, at one point you talk to one of the Mercs and there's a renegade interrupt where you push him out the window. ( Yeah, the one you've seen many times before probably. )



I happen to have Jacob in my squad at the time, and after the cut scene where you see the merc fall to his death he speaks up;



"So when are we gonna read him his rights?"



Not sure why, but the way he said it in response just had me laughing like mad, couldn't help but find it hilarious!

Well, since we got some ridicolus interspecies romance, I can hope for a real krogan romance once in a while (kidding. Just kidding.)

on illium there is an ad for a new movie coming out and it talks about one of the enkindlers as the main star called blobby the enkindler or something like that and at the end he is like "Prepare to be enkindeled" in a monotone voice lol

If you have Jack in the party and do the interrupt, she says, "Damn, Shepard, I could learn a thing or two from you."  That cracked me up.

Also the interrupt with the three gunmen, and he's going on about how he's going to kill the party, slowly, painfully...  (Shepard pulls gun)  BANG!  (Shepard and team mates kill them)  Shepard, "You talk to much."

If you buy fish, and don't feed them, they'll die.  If you talk to Kelly after that she offers to feed your fish while you're on missions and stuff.

In the sequence where you play as Jeff and you have to crawl around and help EDI start the ship, theres an amazing part between Jeff and EDI When she tells him that she intends on "Enslaving the entire human race", and Jeff stares at her for like 3 seconds before she says she's just kidding ahhahahaha.....it doesnt sound funny when I type it but the moment was priceless
