Yeah...the only thing I thought was stupid is that Shepard can't comment on it. He does this funny little embarrassed cough at the end then the only options are 'investigate' or 'goodbye'

Wheres the 'Wow that was...different" or "That sucked balls" options?

So, it's not exactly a funny moment, but when you romance Tali and she says "I need you to see what's under this damn helmet.." I'm all like well, duh I think the whole freakin' world's been waiting for that one! Also, this was only one of many nods to Bioware's somewhat stunned reaction as to how many people fell for Tali and were utterly outraged you couldn't get funky with her in the first game.

Far as funny goes though...

The delivery of the line "charge" when talking to the volus on drugs is hilarious. The turian clerk in the weapons shop on the citadel when you ask him about their tourism packages, and the man and women in the meds shop from ME1 are also hilarious. The man says "we could ask randoms" or something in reference to the quest where you help them decide whether or not to get genetic therapy for their baby...

Having every shop in the Citadel greet me with, "I'm Commander Shepherd and this is my favourite shop in the Citadel" when I walk in was pretty funny. Also the entire conversation with Wrex. The line with Joker at the start when he says, "This will be better than before" to which Shepherd replies, "I hope so last time I died".

Joker's comments about AI during the boarding sequence are my runner-up, but they don't compare to Mordin's song. I was floored.
