Oh yeah... all the Renegade interrupts are classic.  Every.  Single.  One.

Play a female Shepard and you get a great one on Omega at the start of the quest to recruit Garrus.  The recruiter says something like "wrong room honey, the stripper tryouts are that way"... and, well, it goes from there.

You know a line is funny when it still makes you laugh the second time you hear it.

Joker: That doesn't change anything. It's still watching. Like some creepy kid staring at the back of your head in comp sci. You just want to... punch him... But he's "special" and sets fires or something. ... Okay, a little far there, but you know what I mean.
