My audio is out of sync with the video in Mass Effect 2. It is especially noticable in cutscenes or during conversations. If I reboot my computer and load the game the audio is in sync, but the longer I play the more out of sync it gets. I just loaded this machine on the 22nd. I downloaded and instslled new drivers for everything. Win 7 x64, DFI 965-S motherboard, intel core 2 quad Q6600, Soundblaster Audigy, Sapphire HD 4870 Toxic, 3 GB corsair XMS2 DDR2. If it maked any differance I had some cutscene problems in ME1 when running XP on this machine, and I still do now with WIN 7.

Try reinstalling directx or using on-board sound instead of sound card. Sometimes switching off (or on) audio acceleration in dxdiag settings helps, but im not sure that this option is still present in directx 10.
