I first saw the DLC the Cerbers Network and i saw it for free but then it suddenly changed and became for 1500 points. But i downloaded it by mistake, thus buying it which i don't want to buy it.
I then saw the activation code in the CD case so my quastion is:
How can i get my money(points back) and download the Cerbers Network for free using the activation code?
Payed for the free DLC by mistake

This happened to me as well... i used my code and was still charged the MS points! any help would be appreciated by any and all who read...

I believe this is a SOL situation. If I were you, I would try to contact a microsoft rep (18004myxbox) OR wait until people start buying mass effect used and sell ur card for 15.

The problem was that it said free for like 2 seconds and i just clicked purchase but then suddenlly is toke 1500 points from my wallet! I didn't use my code yet

i unfortunatley used my code and the price switch on me. i will try and call and see what they say...
