Where is the Blackstone Irregular's box in Dane's refuge (in Lothering)? Do I have to do something else before it shows up?
More general question: How do I START the Blackstone Irregulars' quests? That is, how do I get anything about the Blackstone Irregulars to show up as a quest in my journal?

Go into the tavern in Lothering. After you finish your meeting with Leliana, there is a Blackstone irregular standing in the corner next to his box (near 2 Chantry sisters). Talk to him and say you'll help out. Then you can look in the box. There will be letters there offering quests which you can accept, just like the Chantry boards.
