I'm a fan of Thanes, I like that it took a break from all the shooting and blowing stuff up for a while. Not to mention the story behind it.

Tali's is my fave by far. Legion's was very interesting too. They were all solid overall :) Even Zaeed's was interesting.

Tali's without a doubt. Exquisite voice acting, great to see the migrant fleet, great insight into Tali's character and the quarian culture. Loved it all the way around, 10 out of 10.

Grunt's, if only because you get to head butt a Krogan.  The others were good too though, liked them all.

pretty much this.  while i did enjoy all of them, i enjoyed tali's the most.  mostly because, as was said, i finally got to see the migrant fleet.  just a shame though, that after you finish it, you cant land at the migrant fleet again.  i wanted to see what would happen when i walked on board with Legion and Tali at my side.  oh well.  im sure there will be more geth/quarian back story and interaction in the third one.  i mean, on my playthrough, tali was actually assisting legion a little.

I actually brought Legion with me for Tali's mission and you are not greeted to too friendly by the Captain if you do.  Lot's of different reactions when Legion is with you.

I loved Mordin's loyalty mission. The internal conflict of the situation really hits home and honestly I don't think Bioware has ever pulled off a better "gray" choices scenario. there really is no good or evil/right or wrong in that mission. It makes you think, which is awesome.

I wouldn't really say it was my favorite, but the one that struck me the most was Jacob's. That was messed up.

As for actual favorite, I'd go with Tali's. Migrant fleet for the win. I also liked getting Jack some closure.

Agreed. Before his mission I truly couldn't understand why Mordin kept on insisting upon the fact that his modification to the Genophage was a necessity, aside from him being unwilling to admit to a mistake, but after playing it I truly started to see his motivations in a much clearer fashion. It was an interesting mission, to say the least.

Other than that I enjoyed Tali's and Garrus' missions in particular. All the others were quite good, though I have yet to finish either Samara's, Grunt's (in the middle of that one right now), or Legion's, but they didn't quite stack up to the ones I mentioned previously. In my opinion at least.

Mordin's mission made me think. I still don't know which side I'm on with the whole genophage thing. Now I see the pros and cons of both sides, and it makes my brain hurt. There doesn't seem to be a right answer, but I had him let the guy live, but keep the data just in case. I hope this will be a decision that factors into ME3. I'd like to see the end result if the Krogans are really cured.

They're all awesome, but IMO:

Best loyalty mission: Miranda's

Runner up: Garrus'

Worst loyalty mission: Grunt's

Damn, it's hard to narrow it down to a favourite. I think all the loyalty missions were very solid.

Favourites would probably be Thane, Samara and Tali.
