Hello,

I have purchased a copy of the Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition, which should contain a Collectors Armor and a specific Sniper Rifle.

I have received three codes total from my etailer, which are:
Activation Key
Digital Deluxe Items Key
Cerberus Network Activation code

I have successfully activated/redeemed all three of them, but I can only download the Cerberus-related items (Crash Site & Zaeed) as well as the Blood Dragon Armor from DA:O.
Neither under "Profile/Your registered game promotions", nor ingame am I able to access/download/(ingame)buy the Collectors Edition Items.

I have redeemed all the codes for my Bioware Account (the one I'm currently logged in with) and logged in with that account into Mass Effect 2.
Cerberus Activation works fine and the Blood Dragon Armor is in my Armory... Zaeed is listed in the Journal, but again, no sign of the two special items promised to be included in the (Digital) Deluxe Editions of the game.

I hope someone at Bioware could help me, maybe just reset my Digital Deluxe Items Key so I could re-redeem it, if that would help.

I have also contacted the EA Support regarding this problem and will post another update if they can help in any way.

when you redeemed the Digital Deluxe key, what came up?

For me it showed small pictures of all the different item. collectors armor, sniper rifle and so on.

And then I could go to my profile and download them.

i'm only getting two keys. activation and cerbersu. the item code field is blank. anyone know what to do?

If I recall correctly, the page just reloaded and a red text said that the code had been redeemed... I didn't get any pictures.
But I didn't get those pictures when I successfully redeemed the Cerberus Code, which works fine.

Just to be sure: The Collectors Edition-Items should be available right from the beginning, correct?

At least your issue is simple. Well almost. Depending on your country, store and date of order your digital deluxe should contain up to 5 keys.

Also upon successful registration of a promo key you should get text in green not red colour. If you had a text in red saying that your key had already been redeemed (but not by you) that means that you need to contact game or store support and get another key.


Available armors can be viewed after intro and escape from facility (during brief moment before you meet with Elusive Man you'll stumble across armor rack) and available weapons later in the game, when you get to your ship. Also you should know that if your character cant use sniper or assault rifles you wont be able to see them until you get squad member who can. Makes me wonder why was it so hard to add an inventory screen.
