What makes an ME1 save valid for import into ME2?  I have completed a level 60 soldier in ME1 on Friday the 22nd.  I wanted to know exactly what choices I had done through ME1 and I finished my insane play through at the same time.  The save shows as a valid new game+ option in ME1 and ME2 sees the completed game in the import utility, but it tells me that it is not a valid import for ME2.  Just for a test, I completed the game again last night (Wed 27th) and I see this as an invalid import into ME2 (same as the first attempt).  I have not changed any hardware recently and I haven't changed gamer tags at all.  

Also, if the save import limit is true (see link below), then I have just wasted 3 of my 11 possible imports.
So back to my main question, is there a way for an ME1 save to become an invalid import candidate during a play through?

I don't know either, I have three valid complete games from ME1 that I wanted to use but it only recognizes one of them.

Thats what I had to do, complete it on the new HD.

Just to note, there is not an 11 import limit in the game.

But I haven't changed hardware within the last 6 months.  This is not a problem for me.

Edit:  Problem resolved.  Not sure if you're seeing the same one, Magus.  If you see multiple playthroughs but can only select one, use the D-pad to get to the others.  No other buttons work.  Thanks to Plazeor on this thread:  http://social.biowar...07/index/812673
