He was definitely the most interesting character I've met so far, simply because he defies the idea of "Krogan scientist." I even brought Mordin along with me to meet him, but when I finally did, we learned almost nothing about him, had maybe 20 lines of dialogue with him, and there wasn't even special Mordin-Okeer Banter where they yell at each other about their work and compare epeen size.
I've been getting this feeling throughout the game so far, and basically, its the feeling that a lot of stuff feels rushed. I don't mean the ingame sense of urgency, I mean the fact that despite the detail and the love that has gone into the game, and the fact that you're told to take your time before the final mission, lots of the storylines feel like they're too cursory.
I'd really like to know a little more about Okeer, really. People constantly refer to him as the "Madman," but I don't even know why. Sure, he clones Krogan, etc... But, feed us more, BioWare.
Criticism: Warlord Okeer

Have you gone to Tuchanka? Wrex elaborates a little bit (provided he's alive)

Well having just pick up Grunt I don't really have a criticism of him, but the Seven day old Krogan would have been a pretty interesting squadmate if you ask me
We already have one scientist on the team and he's awesome so Okeer...

There's another Krogan scientist on Tuchanka if you wanna chat it up with him. He's got a shop there.
