 Hey guys!

I've been playing and enjoying this game in the last couple of days, pure love! 

But during the mission described in the title, I need to follow this target and at a certain point a duct worker discovers you up there and starts asking questions, anyway after this scene, he camera freezes and Thane keeps saying 'Follow the dude!' but I have no control or anything of Sherpard anymore, I also can't press escape to go to mission  control or restart the mission, only solution is to cancel the game....

Any ideas?

That sounds like an annoying problem, I guess you've tried different conversation options to get past the guy? The install probably has a corrupt movie file as once you get past the doors there it goes into a cutscene; might be fixed by a reinstall of the game, though I'm not sure.

I'll try to do a renegade option or reinstall.

It's a bug, and it'll probably do the same thing even if you reinstall. Your best bet is to do the renegade option. Or if you can click through Paragon dialog choices fast enough you should be good.
