Dear Bioware,

I am one of those people that pre-ordered DA:O twice - the Limited Edition for the 360 from Amazon.com, and the Standard Version for PC from Game Stop. I pre-ordered it this way because I understood that Bioware/EA was going to be handling the Downloadable Content, and that any where we sign in to DA:O with our Bioware/EA/Social account, we were going to get access to ALL of the DLC that we had available. Tuesday evening I went and picked up my copy of DA:O from Game Stop, then installed it on my PC. There was a minor hickup with the Memory Band, but that worked yesterday.

Last night I got home and grabbed the Limited Edition I recieved from Amazon for the 360, then went to Social.Bioware.com and redemmed the bonus codes that came with the package. I went into my PC version, and I thought it was just a curiosity that the items that I had just entered the code for did not show up. 'That's ok for tonight' I thought. 'They are still having problems with the DLC, and so I will probably be able to get them tomorrow.'

So I come back to social.bioware.com today, and voila! You guys added a page listing the Bonuses that we had recived. I thought 'yay, they implemented a request of mine.' Kudos for that. But, when I navigated to the page, I saw that the DLC was separated by platform.

I won't yell by capital letters or bold or anything, but I want to make this clear in no uncertian terms. This development made me really angry. You (Bioware, EA) made it clear that you would be handling the DLC and that it would be linked to our Social.Bioware.com account, and that the content would work wherever we signed in with our Account. Now, after I have purchased 2 separate versions of the game, I find out that my Stadard PC version will not get the Limited edition DLC that I paid for.

Please fix this circumstance, and let our DLC work across all platforms as you implied that it will work.

from past experiences with EA never trust that you will get anything from them when it comes to down loads.



but you should just be happy that you can play the game myself and many others cant.
