I've completed every mission rushed off to save teh crew stopped to do legion quest but when i get to teh final battle my techie always dies... is that something to do with me not upgrading my tech armor abilities?

Did you try using Tali? She worked for me, I've also heard of people using Legion.

Are you talking about the person in the tunnels? I sent Legion on my 1st playthrough and he was flawless.

i tried doing everyone and they all end up with a missile in the head... is it my overall game play i kind of went nuetral or should i have fully upgraded armor and everything else.... i finished most personal upgrades as well as some techie upgraes for squad and ship upgrades but found scanning o tedious to upgrade all armor options

Did you do the loyalty missions? I didn't do many upgrades myself and all my characters lived.

I sent Thane through the tunnels. He survived that part, but ended up dying anyway when the missile went through the door. Lost Mordin at the end, too...that was disappointing.

Use either Tali or Legion. Aside from that make sure you open the vents quickly. If you got all upgrades and loyalty it should go without a hitch.

i did all the loyalty missions i got stuck with a few vent but othing more than a sec or 2... ive played trhough like 6 times and im getting sick of the end sequence

edit- legion and tali both got head shots froma  missile

Even I can't figure this one out. Who's leading your other team? Not that I think it matters much.

armor upgrades i had every single ship upgrade im a adept

No. I never once did any personal upgrades to Tali and she did it flawlessly. You do want your ship upgraded, for obvious reasons.

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty darng close to knowing that in the end, it all depends on who you select to do what, your loyalty, and the speed in which you handle certain parts.

OP, if you aren't biotic, add  Thane and Zero. You can pretty much blast through those bugs in a matter of seconds each wave. Just make sure you have the shockwave ability on someone, and the push on the other. I mawed through everything without even taking a shot.

No it's play for them to have to wait, just as long as they bar doesn't reach the left hand side. You should be good. You can also open them during combat, so try to get position during the battles.

My way to do it is to upgrade all your squadmates stats before you head for that mission. Then use tali and mordin as your squad, make miranda team leader and legion the vent guy. The stat upgrade part i found out the hard way but has worked so far.
